Terms of service
The English version is the original. The Swedish text is a translation.
These terms are the agreement between you, or the organisation you use Bock for, and Clyqra, which is being registered as a limited company in Sweden (pending at Bolagsverket). They are a draft and have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.
1.The agreement
By using Bock you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you use Bock for an organisation, you confirm that you may accept them on its behalf. Bock is made for businesses and other organisations, not for consumers.
2.Early access
Bock is in early access. It is by invitation, free of charge for now, and still changing: features may be added, changed or removed, and things will sometimes break. We’ll tell you about changes that affect how you work.
3.Accounts and organisations
- You sign in with Google or an email link. Keep access to that account safe, and tell us if you think someone else has used it.
- An organisation’s owners decide who is in it: members, guests and their roles. They are responsible for who they let in and for removing people who should no longer have access.
- We may follow an organisation owner’s instructions about the organisation’s workspace.
4.Your content
What your organisation puts into Bock stays yours. You give us the right to store, copy, process and show it only as far as we need to run Bock for you, keep it secure and do what the privacy policy describes. We don’t use your content to train AI models.
You are responsible for your content and for having the right to put it in Bock, including the personal data of the people in your CRM.
5.Acceptable use
Don’t use Bock to:
- break the law, or store or share content that is unlawful or infringes someone else’s rights;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, through posts or otherwise;
- break the terms of the services you connect, such as Google or LinkedIn;
- try to get around access controls, probe for weaknesses, or get at other organisations’ data;
- overload the service, or scrape or copy it in bulk by automated means other than the connector we provide;
- resell Bock or offer it to others as a service without our written agreement.
6.AI features and what they produce
- AI can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Read what it proposes or writes before you rely on it or let it go further. You are responsible for what you approve, publish or send.
- An AI assistant connected to Bock acts with the permissions of the person it works for. Proposals, approvals, undo and pause help you stay in control; they don’t guarantee that every mistake is caught.
- An assistant you connect yourself, such as Claude, is a service between you and its provider, under that provider’s terms. We aren’t responsible for it.
7.Services you connect
When you connect Google, LinkedIn or an AI assistant, their own terms apply to that use. We aren’t responsible for their services or their availability, and a connection may stop working if they change.
8.Fees
Bock is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we’ll tell you at least 30 days in advance, and nothing becomes paid for you without your agreement.
9.Availability and support
We work to keep Bock running and your data safe, and we back up the database every night. During early access there is no service level agreement and no guaranteed uptime. Keep your own copy of anything you can’t do without. Support is by email at [email protected], on a best effort basis.
10.No warranty
As far as the law allows, Bock is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind, including that it is fit for a particular purpose or free of errors.
11.Liability
- Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, lost revenue or lost business.
- Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or SEK 1,000, whichever is higher.
- These limits don’t apply where the law doesn’t allow them, such as for intent or gross negligence.
12.Suspension and ending
- You can stop using Bock at any time. An owner can delete an organisation, and access to it stops at once.
- We may suspend access if these terms are broken or if it is needed to protect Bock, its users or others. Where it is reasonable, we tell you first.
- We may end early access, or Bock, with at least 30 days’ notice, and give you a way to get your data out before it closes.
13.Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We update the date at the top, and for changes that matter we tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Bock afterwards, the new terms apply.
14.Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as the first instance.
15.Data processing
For the personal data in your organisation’s content, such as the people in your CRM, your organisation is the controller and we are its processor. By accepting these terms your organisation and we agree the following. It is our data processing agreement, and it prevails over the rest of these terms where they differ on personal data.
- What and how long. We process that data to run Bock for you, for as long as your organisation uses Bock and for the deletion period in the privacy policy. It covers whatever your organisation puts in Bock, about your team, guests, and the contacts and others in your content.
- Your instructions. We process it only on your documented instructions: these terms, and what you and the people in your organisation do in Bock, including through AI assistants you connect. If we think an instruction breaks data protection law, we tell you.
- Everyone at Clyqra who can reach the data is bound by confidentiality.
- Security. We keep appropriate technical and organisational measures, as described under security in the privacy policy.
- Subprocessors. You agree to those on the subprocessors page. We tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before adding or replacing one. If you object on reasonable data protection grounds and we can’t meet the objection, you can stop using Bock and delete your organisation. We stay responsible for our subprocessors and bind them to terms that protect the data as these do.
- Transfers. Transfers outside the EU and EEA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU’s standard contractual clauses, as the privacy policy describes.
- Help. As far as is reasonable, we help you answer people who use their rights, and with your own security, impact-assessment and consultation duties.
- Breaches. If we learn of a personal data breach affecting your organisation’s content, we tell you without undue delay.
- Deletion and return. When you ask, or when your organisation is deleted, we delete the data as the privacy policy says, and give you a copy first if you ask.
- Proof and audits. We give you the information you need to check that we follow this, and allow an audit on reasonable written request, on reasonable notice and not more than once a year unless there has been a breach.
